Genetics is the study of heredity.  Here students will leave this unit with an understandng of DNA, genes, and heredity.

This is a fun unit where Sponge Bob and his friends help to give students a better understanding. 

The Benchmark activity for Genetics is the "Make A Baby" lab where students will work with a lab partner to determine the genes their new baby will receive.  They will then make illustration of their new baby.
