Outdoor Science students can look forward to learning about the wilderness, camping, water safety, hiking, bike safety and wilderness medicine.  This is a hands on, fun class for the outdoor enthusiast.

Sports Medicine is an exciting class for Carson Valley Middle School!  You will be among the first students at CVMS to learn about the recognition, prevention and treatment of athletic injuries.  You'll also be given the opportunity to become certified in CPR and First Aid.  Did you get a chance to watch the Olympics this year?  There were many Certified Athletic Trainers in Beijing.

Health students can look forward to an open dialog about current health issues, wellness, suicide prevention, drugs, alcohol, tobacco and sexually transmitted diseases.  This is a educational class with tons of great information.
